Standard Clean
Our Standard Clean is included with every service, keeping your home fresh, tidy, and ready to enjoy.
Bathrooms
- Bathtub: Clean with disinfectant solution.
- Showers: Clean with disinfectant solution and polish faucet to a shine.
- Tile: Clean shower area with disinfectant solution, up to hand height.
- Hand height vents: Dust and vacuum (if provided).
- Glass doors: Clean both sides with appropriate solution and microfiber cloth.
- Sinks: Clean with disinfectant solution, including behind the sink. Polish fixtures to a shine.
- Toilets: Heavy scrub, clean with disinfectant solution, deodorize exterior, and wipe bases clean.
- Light switches: Dust.
- Cabinets: Wipe down and disinfect exterior only.
- Countertops: Scrub, clean, disinfect, and wipe to a streak-free shine.
- Window blinds: Dry dust.
- Mirrors: Dust and clean with glass solution. Remove soil and fingerprints.
- Doors: Wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Door handles: Clean with disinfectant solution.
- Baseboards: Dry dust and wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Carpet/Rug: Vacuum (if provided).
- Trash and recycle bins: Empty and discard. Replace with new liner.
- Hard floor: Sweep and clean under movable furniture.
Kitchen
- Dishwasher: Load dirty dishes and run 1 load or empty if clean.
- Frames, pictures, and paintings: High dust.
- Microwave: Clean, disinfect, and dry (inside and out).
- Toaster: Wipe down and remove crumbs and spills.
- Refrigerator: Wipe down exterior with a damp cloth.
- Cabinets: Wipe down exterior only.
- Backsplash: Scrub, clean, disinfect.
- Stove top: Scrub, clean, disinfect, and wipe to a streak-free shine.
- Sinks: Clean with disinfectant solution. Polish fixtures to a shine.
- Window blinds: Dry dust.
- Windowsills: Dry dust.
- Countertops: Scrub, clean, disinfect, and wipe to a streak-free shine.
- Baseboards: Dry dust and wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Carpet/Rugs: Vacuum (if provided).
- Chairs: Place under desks and tables neatly.
- Trash and recycle bins: Empty and discard. Replace with new liner.
- Hard floor: Sweep and clean under movable furniture.
Bedroom, Living Room, Office
- Frames, pictures, and paintings: High dust limited to hand-reach.
- Furnishings: High dust limited to hand-reach. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.
- Hand height light fixtures: Dust down.
- Window blinds: Dry dust.
- Windowsills: Dry dust.
- Light switches: Dust.
- Radiators/AC units: Dust and wipe down.
- Hand height vents: Dust and vacuum (if provided).
- Doors: Wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Electronic devices: Wipe down with a dry cloth. Disinfect keyboards.
- Wood and metal shelves: Wipe down.
- Linen replacement: Remove dirty linens and replace with clean sets.
- Baseboards: Dry dust and wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Carpet/Rugs: Vacuum (if provided).
- Trash and recycle bins: Empty and discard. Replace with new liner.
Before We Leave
- Collected trash: Take outside.
- Cleaning tools & supplies: Organize and place neatly.
- Complete walkthrough of the checklist.
- Offer walkthrough (if applicable).
- Lights and AC units: Turn off if no one is home.
Deep Clean
Our Deep Clean includes everything in our Standard Clean, plus extra attention to built-up dirt and hidden grime for a truly refreshed home.
Bathrooms
- Bathtub: Heavy scrub.
- Tile: Heavy scrub shower area, up to hand height.
- Sinks: Heavy scrub.
- Window blinds: Wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Windowsills: Wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Trash and recycle bins: Wipe with disinfectant cloth.
- Hard floor: Mop and clean under movable furniture.
Kitchen
- Window blinds: Wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Windowsills: Wipe down with a damp cloth.
- Trash and recycle bins: Wipe with disinfectant cloth.
- Hard floor: Mop and clean under movable furniture.
Bedroom, Living Room, Office
- Window blinds: Wipe down with a damp cloth.
